How long will delivery take?
All your orders will be processed in 3-5 business days after placing the order Shipments usually take another 4-5 business days for Mumbai and 6-7 business days for other cities in India. Please check our shipping policy for more information.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, your invoice will be sent to you at the email address provided by you once you have placed the order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product or the wrong product?
Please contact us in case you receive a damaged or wrong product and we will process the return order. Our delivery partner will come and collect the same from you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order until we ship it, after which cancellation will not be possible. In order to change your order we recommend, you immediately cancel your order and place a new one instead.
How do I return a product?
The product to be returned must be shipped by you to us in Mumbai, in case of returns. Please send us the tracking details of the returned product within 21 days of delivery with your name and order number. Shipping costs for the same will be borne by you. *Digital products are not applicable for returns.
How long will the refund take?
A refund will be processed once we receive the product in our facility. It can take up to 5 -7 business days for you to receive a refund in your bank account. In the case of COD transactions, the amount will be refunded as credits in your account for future purchases.

You can track your order by tracking the order no. provided to you via our delivery partner’s website.
How do I access digital content after purchase?
If you purchase our digital product, you will be sent all the content to the email ID you provide once the purchase is made. Please contact us in case of any technical problems.
Can I personalize or customize my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t personalize or customize orders. However, if you are looking to place a bulk order of more than 100 products we can talk about the customisations possible. Please contact us for the same.
